Services Agreement

All services provided by Luxe Nest Decor are governed by a written contract that details project scope, specifications, timeline, payment schedule, warranty terms, and other essential conditions. Verbal agreements or discussions are not binding until formalized in a written contract signed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our expertise or capacity.

Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable design deposit is required to initiate project planning and scheduling. Progress payments are due at predetermined milestones as outlined in your contract. Final payment is due upon project completion and your written acceptance. Late payments may be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs after the design deposit but before materials have been ordered or work has commenced, the design deposit is retained as compensation for design work completed. Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation fees apply based on the percentage of work completed and materials purchased. Change orders are processed through our formal change order system with transparent pricing and timeline impacts.

Warranty and Liability Limitations

We warrant our workmanship according to the terms specified in your contract, typically ranging from 1 year to lifetime depending on the service. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products. Our liability is limited to the contract value unless otherwise required by applicable law. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by state regulations.
